2. Labels or or e-mail* addresses are for ONE TIME USE ONLY. 

3. Mailing lists can not be RE-ENTERED or COMBINED with OTHER DATABASES or DUPLICATED or SOLD(Third Party) by said customer, as any warranty indicated in this agreement will be void! 

4. All labels must be used and mailed at the same time within ONE MONTH, in order to guarantee a full buy back of the purchased price of undeliverable labels postmarked from the date of purchase. A 5-10% return is anticipated. There are no buy backs for E-Mail addresses. 

5. All insufficient addressed labels returned by the Post Office, or copies thereof, must be forwarded to UNIARTS within the following month, in order for the guarrante to be honored. 

6. Mailing lists consist of Individual/Business Name, Street Address, City and Zip Code. Labels will be provided on pressure-sensitive (gummed) or Cheshire (plain computer paper). Telephone numbers are not included, however they can be additionaly purchased. 

7. Prices are prorated after the first 1,000 count. Additional programming charges may apply for special configurations. Minimum order required. 

8. All orders are on a C.O.D. basis. A nonrefundable deposit of 50% is required prior to processing each order. A sample of the mailer is required at the time of pick-up or delivery. 

9. A credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AmEx) processing charge of 10% will apply to all charge card payments. 

10. A check return fee of $20.00 will be charged to customer's account for all checks returned by the bank. 

11. Shipping and handling charges apply. Delivery via courier is available at an additional charge. 

12. Other mailing services such as; Sorting, Bagging, Labeling, Inserting of envelopes, Collating, Postage & Metering, etc., are also available. 

* E-MAIL LISTS MUST BE USED IN THE "BCC" ADDRESS FIELD FOR YOUR OUTGOING E-MAIL.

* THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS ARE BINDING, WHEN AGREED AND SIGNED BY CUSTOMER, FOR ALL FUTURE MAILING SERVICES, AND FOR THE DURATION OF SUPPLIER-CUSTOMER BUSINESS RELATIONS.
